Description
| The name “CV,” short for Curriculum Vitae, reflects the whisky’s composition, bringing together single malts of different ages to showcase the character of the distillery. This expression is a vatting of 7-, 10-, and 14-year-old whiskies matured in a combination of Bourbon, sherry, and Port casks, carefully selected by Director of Production Frank McHardy and Distillery Manager Stuart Robertson. This medium-peated, no-age-statement whisky highlights the distillery’s signature style. Its quality was recognised when it was awarded Best Peated Malt at the 2010 Malt Maniacs Awards. |
