We reserve the right to discontinue and change the price of any product at any time and for any reason. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will always be in stock.

Some older bottles are subject to dry corks, exercise caution when opening it. The item is sold as described, and we do not accept liability for the condition of the closure.

Labels and presentation boxes for older bottles may have minor imperfections or scratches. Please review the pictures carefully, and feel free to contact us for additional images if needed. The neck level is clearly visible on the photos, so ensure you're satisfied with the neck level and any other imperfections before making your purchase. Presentation boxes will only be included with bottles where they are shown in the product photo.

Age Restrictions

The Site operates under Cyprus law, which prohibits anyone under 18 from purchasing or attempting to purchase alcohol, and also makes it illegal for individuals over 18 to buy or attempt to buy alcohol on behalf of someone under 18. You must also be of legal drinking age in the country where you are placing the order, and the recipient of the order must be of legal drinking age in the destination country.

By placing an order, you confirm that either you or another adult legally permitted to purchase alcohol will be present to sign for the delivery. If no eligible adult is available, you agree to take full responsibility for arranging a new delivery or collection with the courier.

Buying

We are eligible at any time to cancel an order for any reason such as false description, lost stock etc. The order will be cancelled and no money will be charged on your account.

With every order placed you will receive a confirmation number via email, to help you keep track of the order.

By making a purchase, you automatically accept the condition of the label, presentation, and neck level of the bottle.

Site Management

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to:

Dispute Settlement

Informal Negotiations

To speed up the resolution process of any disagreement, conflict, or claim related to these Terms of Use both you and The Art Of Whisky agree to try to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation for at least 30 days before starting arbitration. This informal process begins when one Party sends written notice to the other.

Exceptions to Informal Negotiations and Arbitration

The Parties agree that the following types of Disputes are excluded from the earlier requirements for informal negotiation and binding arbitration:
