Description
Plantation Single Cask Peru Multi Vintage underwent aging in both Slovenian oak and ex-Bourbon barrels, followed by a secondary maturation in Pierre Ferrand Cognac casks. This rum is a blend of three vintages—2004, 2006, and 2010—sourced from the Peruvian distillery Destilerías Unidas S.A. The fermentation process lasted three days, and the rum was distilled using a combination of pot stills and column stills. This Plantation was bottles in 2018.
