An exceptional 30-year-old whisky from Jura first previewed at The Whisky Show in 2012 and eagerly anticipated ever since. Named ‘Camas an Staca’—meaning ‘Standing Stone’—it pays tribute to one of the eight ancient stones found across the island. The whisky spent the majority of its maturation in American oak casks with a final three-year finish in Gonzalez Byass Oloroso sherry butts before bottling
