Description
| The Dalmore Astrum 40 Year Old was released in 2010 and takes its name from the Latin word for “star.” Limited to just 500 bottles worldwide, this exceptional whisky was originally filled into an American white oak cask from Kentucky on 31 December 1966. It was later transferred to a 30-year-old Matusalem sherry cask from González Byass, where it was allowed to mature for a further 18 months, adding further depth and complexity to its character. |
