| The Bowmore 20 Year Old David Simson is a distillery-exclusive single malt, named in honour of Bowmore’s founder. Matured for a full 20 years, the whisky spent its first 15 years resting in Oloroso Sherry Butts before being transferred to first-fill Pedro Ximénez Sherry Butts for an additional five years, adding further depth and richness to its character. This highly limited expression was released in an outturn of just 6,000 bottles. |
