| The “Old Cask Selection 1703” is a premium rum crafted in Barbados at Mount Gay, the world’s oldest known rum distillery. It is a blend of rare cask reserves aged between 10 and 30 years. The rum is partially double distilled in traditional copper pot stills, while other parts are distilled in a copper Coffey column still. Afterward, the spirits are aged for varying lengths in ex-bourbon oak casks before being artfully blended to achieve the desired profile. |
