Description
| This expression was introduced by Dalmore to replace its Cigar Malt. It is crafted from a selection of whiskies personally chosen by The Dalmore Master Distiller, generally matured for 10 to 15 years and exclusively aged in first-fill oak casks. The blend consists of approximately two-thirds whisky matured in Oloroso sherry butts and one-third matured in Bourbon barrels. After maturation, the whisky is returned to Oloroso sherry butts for an additional six months of maturation to further refine its character. |
