Description
The St. Lucia 2005 Vintage Edition underwent nine years of tropical aging in bourbon casks in St. Lucia, followed by an additional 18 months of maturation in small Pierre Ferrand Cognac casks. The Master blender used the famous John Dore and Vendome pot still and the fermentation lasted between 4 to 5 days.
