Description
The Matsui Sakura Cask Single Cask is a 5 year old single malt whisky distilled by the Kurayoshi Distillery in Tottori Prefecture. Double distilled in traditional pot stills it is matured exclusively in Sakura (cherry wood) casks. After maturation it is brought to bottling strength using pure spring water from Mount Daisen. Released 2024 only six casks have been allocated for the European market and this is casks n.MS-4 yielding 300 bottles.
