Twice distilled in traditional pot stills The Matsui Sakura Single Cask is matured in rare Mizumara casks in Japan’s Tottori Prefecture an ideal setting for whisky aging. It is then reduced with pure spring water sourced from Mount Daisen. Released 2024 this single cask No. MSM-5 is yielding a limited run of just 300 bottles.
