Moine Mhor, meaning ‘big peat’ in Gaelic, is a blend of whiskies with three different peat levels from three separate cellars and eras, heavily peated 2001 Port Charlotte, moderately peated 1998 whisky, and lightly peated 1989 Bruichladdich thus the name “3D”. This release is the second edition in the 3D series, titled ‘The Peat Proposal’.”
