Description
This limited edition Plantation rum is from the extreme series n.3. The spirit was distilled using the famous John Dore pot still in the Long Pond distillery which enhances the spirit with pot still aromas. The rum was aged for 21 years in Bourbon casks in tropical climate in Jamaica and then for an additional year in Cognac casks in Maison Ferrand in France. This bottle is limited to 2121 bottles worldwide. (ITP stands for 90-120 Ester level)
