Description
This single cask rum was distilled in 2006 at Alcoholes Del Iotmo located in Panama since 1997. It underwent 9.5 years of tropical aging in ex-Bourbon barrels before being shipped to France where it spent an additional year aging in ex-Ferrand Cognac casks made of French oak. The rum was distilled using 4 column stills plus a 3 day fermentation process and was bottled in 2018.
