Description
This limited edition rum is a part of the single cask series released by Plantation rum. The spirit was distilled using molasses by Demerara Distillers Limited using the Port Moutant pot still method. The rum was aged for 17 years in Bourbon casks in Guyana after being trasported in France to age for addional 2 years in Ferrand Cognac casks. Lastly the rum blend matured for 6 months in Ocho Tequila casks. This is bottle number 117.
