Description
This double aged artisan rum from the Plantation rum extreme series n.2 was distilled using a single pot still method in the South Pacific Distillery in Fiji back in 2001. Aged for 13.5 years in Bourbon casks in tropical climate and further 2.5 years in Cognac casks in France.
