The Bache Gabrielsen Hors d’?ge Grande Champagne Cognac is a remarkable expression crafted from the Premier Cru of Cognac showcasing the house’s exceptional savoir-faire. Primarily produced from Ugni Blanc grapes the eaux-de-vie are sourced from a selection of bouilleurs de cru within the Grande Champagne region. Distilled on the lees in traditional copper pot stills with capacities ranging from 20 to 30 hectoliters the eaux-de-vie have been aged for 50 to 70 years in damp cellars. The aging takes place in barrels from several esteemed Cognac cooperages featuring a medium-plus toast and coarse grain.
