Description
This Extra Old Cognac has been aged for approximately 30 years on the 30-hectare estate of Trijol. Though composed of eaux-de-vie of different ages the Maxime Trijol house is known for aging their cognacs well beyond the standard XO requirements. Crafted from Ugni Blanc grapes grown in the prestigious Grande Champagne Premier Cru the Trijol XO is distilled using the traditional Charente method involving double distillation in copper pot stills and then matured in French oak barrels from Limousin.
