Description
This rum undergoes a dual maturation process typical of Plantation’s style beginning with nine years of “tropical ageing” in ex-bourbon casks in Panama. It is then transferred to Ch?teau de Bonbonnet in France where it spends an additional two years maturing in French oak casks that previously held Pierre Ferrand Cognac. The fermantation proccess lasted 3 days and the distillation proccess was through column stills.
