Description
Plantation Single Cask Peru Multi Vintage underwent aging in both Slovenian oak and ex-Bourbon barrels followed by a secondary maturation in Pierre Ferrand Cognac casks. This rum is a blend of three vintages—2004 2006 and 2010—sourced from the Peruvian distillery Destiler?as Unidas S.A. The fermentation process lasted three days and the rum was distilled using a combination of pot stills and column stills. This Plantation was bottles in 2018.
