Description
This very limited edition Plantation rum bottling was created to honour Steve Remsberg nicknamed “The Collector”. The spirit is a blend of two vintages the one in 1996 and the other the 2000 from the Long Pond distillery. Using both pot still and column still for distillation the spirit matured for 17 years in Bourbon casks in a tropical enviroment and an additional year in Cognac casks in Maison Ferrand in France. This bottle is limited to 389 bottles worldwide and this is number 156.
