Twice distilled in traditional pot stills The Matsui Sakura Single Cask is matured in cherry wood (Sakura) casks in Japan’s Tottori Prefecture an ideal setting for whisky aging. It is then reduced with pure spring water sourced from Mount Daisen. Released 2020 this single cask No.32.
